7. Members will be removed from the database once their membership expires, unless renewed, for misuse of contents of the database or for any other reasons that may be assigned by the owner of this Website.

8. All members are requested to avoid offensive, sexual and un parliamentary language during interaction with other members.

9. Punarvivaham.com reserves the right to change fees and the terms and conditions without prior notice.

10. Members are not to use their membership either "on line" or "off line" as a platform to send any chain letters, junk e-mail and for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertisement etc., nor engage in advertising to buy or sell any product or services to other members of punarvivaham.com Any member found doing so will be removed immediately from the database without prior notice.

(c) Upload, post e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party without the prior written permission of the concerned party.
